Job responsibilities
1. Provide customers with one-to-one service, and maintain long-term customer relationship;
2. Responsible for daily maintenance of customers, providing consulting services and on-site training for customers;
3. Provide working data report for customers;
4. Responsible for customer's renewal and quick response to customers' various urgent needs, and solve various problems for customers.
qualifications
1. Have a high school diploma or above;
2. More than 1 year relevant experience;
3. Good at communication, with certain anti-pressure ability;
4. Proficient in office software;
5. Hard-working, with good service awareness and teamwork spirit.
